Ally, Advocate, Advisor, and Avid Learner

Does it seem like there's always enough resources for those who already have them?  Feels that way to me.  That's true in learning and traIning, too!

There's executive coaching for the C-Suite and up-and-comers.
Personal development workshops are often priced out of the middle-class income.

Work costs us nothing to be there except our time.  What if our workplace training, teaching, and leading kept in mind the potential of every human?  We'd excel at technical training that teaches more than how-to's and processes.  We'd invite every employee to receive the opportunity (maybe even the requirement!) to develop skills for life as well as work.

I've been in many settings - non-profit, business, health care, faith-based, and schools. I've learned the necessary knowledge and skills in each of those settings including the technical knowledge they need, the communication skills that will serve them best, and a pursuit of training that makes the business measurably better.

Whether it's technical learning, strategy, soft-skills education, or coaching, people want the same thing - permission and opportunity to be who they want to be as a professional.

I'm knowledgeable and experienced with DISC, the enneagram, TKI Conflict Inventory, and the Tilt365 suite.  I completed my International Coaching Federation ACC in 2010.  I've sat at the feet of gifted adult learning professionals.  I have over 20 years in curriculum design, facilitation, formal training, and coaching.
