Trey is a leader of leaders in the community, government organizations, churches, and business. Beginning with high school and middle school students in the late ’90s, nothing has been more important to Trey than creating opportunities and environments for people to grow. Whether in student ministry, church executive teams, or coaching and consulting in business and the community, Trey has coached leaders and identified future leaders throughout his career.
Currently, Trey is serving as the Executive Director for Eleven:28 Ministries, a faith-based non-profit devoted to providing spiritual care for spiritual caregivers in all arenas.
Trey completed the Executive Coaching certification at the University of Texas at Dallas. He completed his MS, BS, and M.Div. at Abilene Christian University. He is an experienced DISC assessment facilitator. He’s certified through Leadership Network with their Results-Based Conversations, a strategic planning process for not-for-profits.
When he’s not advising leaders, he’s trying out root beers from around the world, playing Wii U with his two sons, relaxing with his wife Marla, or marking another baseball field off his list.
