Trey is a leader of leaders in the community, government organizations, not for profit, and business. Before Trey started coaching business owners in 2009, he invested ten years of coaching and consulting with not-for-profits and their leaders, staff and volunteers.
Trey completed the Executive Coaching certification at the University of Texas at Dallas, and is licensed by John Maxwell to use his materials with organizations. He completed his MS, BS, and M.Div. at Abilene Christian University. He is certified as a provider for Tilt365 and DiSC assessments. He’s certified through Leadership Network with their Results-Based Conversations, a strategic planning process for not-for-profits.
When he’s not advising leaders, he’s trying out root beers from around the world, playing Wii U with his two sons, relaxing with his wife Marla, or marking another baseball field off his list.
Trey echoes John Maxwell’s thoughts on leadership…
EVERYTHING RISES AND FALLS ON LEADERSHIP
LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE. NOTHING MORE, NOTHING LESS.
