Learning Style Two, Formal and Informal Learning Opportunities: Thought leadership content was produced to further engage learners with a different learning style.  We utilized a workbook / e-book with deeper technical knowledge and with self-paced action-oriented questions to work on in a group setting.

Learning Style Three, Invite Learners to Share Insights: Learners participated in a private social media group to share real-time learning (content is confidential).
